Do No Harm Policy

Every headstone we clean represents someone’s family, history, and memory.
Our first responsibility is to protect that.

That’s why we operate under a strict Do No Harm Policy on every memorial we touch.

What “Do No Harm” Means to Us

We assess before we act
Every headstone is evaluated individually based on material, age, condition, and engraving depth before any cleaning begins.

We use stone-safe methods only
We never use pressure washing, bleach, acids, salted cleaners, or household chemicals that can permanently damage stone.

We clean gently and deliberately
All cleaning is done using approved, non-destructive solutions and soft techniques designed to remove biological growth without degrading the surface.

We stop if there is risk
If we determine that cleaning could cause damage, we stop and communicate that honestly before proceeding.

We follow cemetery rules
We respect cemetery guidelines and conduct our work in a quiet, respectful manner at all times.

We document our work
Before and after photos are provided so you can clearly see what was done and how the memorial was cared for.

Our goal is simple:
Restore the appearance of the headstone without risking its integrity, now or in the future.

Please Note: Headstone cleaning will resume spring of 2026. Cleaning is not as effective in cold temperatures.
